Collar (clothing)

A collar was a band of fabric around the neck hole in a shirt or jacket.

In 2365, Rex the bartender said to Captain Jean-Luc Picard, "I don't mind you being on the cuff, but you're up the sleeve halfway to my collar." (TNG: "Manhunt")
