Sherwyns

Ensign Sherwyns was a male Human command division Starfleet junior officer who served aboard the USS Cerritos under Captain Carol Freeman during the early 2380s.

While carrying a racket through the LD sleeping quarters in 2381, Sherwyns stopped to tell Brad Boimler that his team had an open spot in their springball tournament, and that they needed "a wiry dude who's hard to hit", before asking if he wanted in. Boimler sarcastically remarked "sweaty muscleheads drilling balls at my face? No, thanks," prompting Sherwyns to reply, "Wow. Could've just said no, man." D'Vana Tendi, who overhead the exchange, approached Boimler and reminded him of the recently promoted Captain Vendome, who never said "no", prompting Boimler to quickly change his response, and told Sherwyns, "I'm in".
