NCIA-93 types

NCIA-93 type NI-1101 drifts in space

Two unnamed NCIA-93 type vessels helped NCIA-93 to search for Michael Burnham and Spock's shuttle. (DIS: "Light and Shadows")

Several more ships of this type were part of the Section 31 armada that was utilized by Control at the Battle near Xahea with one of the ships having the registry NI-1101. (DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow", DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")

A vessels of this type was identified in Issue #22 as Section 31 "Stealth Ship", with registry NI-1039, by Eaglemoss/Hero Collector's Star Trek: Discovery The Official Starships Collection partwork.

Classified two-nacelled starship

Section 31 ship with 2 nacelles — Medium-sized two-nacelled type deploying drones

Under the command of the rogue Section 31 AI Control, they were among the ships that intercepted the USS Discovery and the USS Enterprise near Xahea. These ships were marked as classified in the Federation database. These ships shared a similar design profile to that of later Miranda-class starships. (DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow", DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")

The smaller ("medium-sized") type of Section 31 starship, with a registry NI-0047, with two nacelles was identified as "Shiva-Class" by Eaglemoss/Hero Collector's Star Trek: Discovery The Official Starships Collection partwork. The larger type was identified as "Deimos-Class", with a registry NI-1021, in the Star Trek Universe: The Official Starships Collection partwork.

Classified four-nacelled starship

Section 31 4-nacelles port bow — Large-sized four-nacelled type

At least three vessels of this type served as part of Section 31's fleet in the mid-23rd century. Under the command of the rogue Section 31 AI Control, they were among the ships that intercepted the USS Discovery and the USS Enterprise near Xahea. These ships were marked as classified in the Federation database.

During the Battle near Xahea, three of these ships were destroyed by being rammed by a Klingon cleave ship. (DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow", DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")

Eaglemoss/Hero Collector's Star Trek: Discovery The Official Starships Collection partwork identified the larger type of Section 31 starship with four nacelles as "Nimrod-Class", with a registry NI-0064, and the smaller ("medium-sized") type as "Hou-Yi-Class", with a registry NI-1009.

Drone ship

A number of Section 31 starships could deploy drone ships, a type of armored auxiliary space vessel that could be stacked onto their hulls. (DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")

Defiant-class ship

Ryan Dening, the ships' creator, designed two- and four-nacelled Section 31 starships in both "medium" and "large" sizes for the fleet that saw action in the Battle near Xahea. [1] [2]
