Scorpius

Resembling a scorpion, Scorpius was a constellation visible from Earth. Stars in this constellation were located in the Beta Quadrant. (Star Trek: Enterprise; Star Trek Generations)

Scorpius (though usually written as Scorpio) is one of the twelve signs of the zodiac, and as such was seen superimposed over a map of the Earth in the opening credits. (Though a bit hard to see, it can be recognized by its symbol.)
