Delta Scorpii VII

Delta Scorpii VII was the seventh planet in the Delta Scorpii system. The planet's system was visible from Earth in the constellation Scorpius and it was approximately 443 light years from Sol.

This planet was the location of an incident well-known among Starfleet officers. When a Kiley scientist woke up on the USS Enterprise in 2259 and fled sickbay, Doctor Joseph M'Benga, Nurse Christine Chapel, and Ensign Erica Ortegas all remarked that it was a "Delta Scorpii VII" situation. Real-world information has been added to this page, with it being current as of 2025. Delta Scorpii is a binary star system. The planet's quadrant of origin is inferred from the position of another star in the Scorpius constellation, Antares, which is positioned in the Beta Quadrant.
