Parmesan

Parmesan was a popular form of cheese from Earth, often used as a component in pasta dishes.

In 2259, Captain Christopher Pike added parmesan to leftover spaghetti and egg to make pasta mama for Captain Marie Batel. (SNW: "A Quality of Mercy")
