Norman Parker is the actor who portrayed Vedek Fala in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine seventh season episode "Covenant".

Parker appeared in Prince of the City (1981), The Clairvoyant (1982, with Jon Polito and Joe Morton), Turk 182 (1985, with Kim Cattrall), The Bonfire of the Vanities (1990, starring Tom Hanks, with Kim Cattrall, Saul Rubinek, Terry Farrell and Kirsten Dunst), Up Close & Personal (1996, with Raymond Cruz, Noble Willingham, Brian Markinson, Heidi Swedberg, Daniel Zacapa and Michael Shamus Wiles) and Bulworth (1998), and had recurring roles in the television series Dark Shadows, As the World Turns, Family Ties and Falcon Crest (with Robert Foxworth). Parker also guest starred in Ryan's Hope, Kojak, Miami Vice, The Bronx Zoo and Jake and the Fatman.
