Ma'ah's Bird-of-Prey

Ma'ah's Bird-of-Prey was a Klingon Bird-of-Prey that served as Captain Ma'ah's flagship. Originally, it was a part of Relga's fleet.

In 2382, Relga's fleet was assigned to patrol the edge of Klingon space because the Klingon High Council saw Relga as weak after the dishonorable actions of her brothers Dorg and Bargh. Before Relga could head to the border in an attempt to antagonize Starfleet into a fight, a quantum fissure opened with the soliton waves that it emitted causing the destruction of the IKS Krtas. Seizing her opportunity for revenge, Relga went after Ma'ah and Malor rather than reporting in, intending to blame them for the destruction of the Krtas as justification. However, the two escaped and sought refuge on the USS Cerritos.

Relga chased after the brothers, using a faked message of Admiral Alonzo Freeman in a dishonorable attempt to get the Cerritos to hand Ma'ah and Malor over. When that failed, Relga attacked the Cerritos, chasing the California-class starship into the Schrödinger possibility field generated by the rift using a shield upgrade provided by Captain Carol Freeman in an attempt at peace to protect her ship, although this ship and the remainder of her fleet eventually fell back. Ultimately, Relga was killed when her Bird-of-Prey was destroyed by the effects of the field after Ensign Olly drained her shields.

In the aftermath, because of Relga's dishonorable actions, the Klingon High Council gave command of the remainder of Relga's fleet to Ma'ah. This Bird-of-Prey became Ma'ah's flagship with Malor serving as his first officer and K'Elarra serving as one of its bridge officers. (LD: "The New Next Generation")
