Lab technician

A lab technician was a type of technician who worked in a laboratory.

During Lieutenant James T. Kirk's years teaching at Starfleet Academy, a blonde woman who conspired to catch Kirk's eye (with Gary Mitchell's assistance) worked as a lab technician. (TOS: "Where No Man Has Gone Before")
