Lab assistant

A lab assistant was someone who worked in an auxiliary capacity in a laboratory.

In 2154, after being told by K'Vagh that he would work with Doctor Antaak or die, Dr. Phlox quipped, "I'm certain there are easier ways for you to recruit a new lab assistant." K'Vagh then clarified that Antaak would be assisting him, not the other way around. (ENT: "Affliction")
