The junga fruit was a type of edible fruit.

Jack Ransom once began eating large quantities of junga fruit a week before a surfing competition, so as to beat Big Wave Tommy. He told the story to a group of ensigns on the USS Cerritos in 2382. (LD: "Upper Decks")
