Big Wave Tommy

"Big Wave Tommy" was a surfer who lived during the 24th century.

To encourage his ensigns to work together in 2382, Commander Jack Ransom told them a long rambling story, one part of which was Kimolu and Matt saying he could not beat Big Wave Tommy in a surfing competition because the latter "was king of the beach." (LD: "Upper Decks")
