Ryan's name on Seven's NYPD ID

Commissioner John Ryan was the head of the New York City Police Department in 1968.

That year, his name appeared on a falsified NYPD identification card that Gary Seven carried with him on Earth. The identification, which listed Seven as a lieutenant in the Homicide Squad, was declared to have been issued by Commissioner Ryan. This card bore Ryan's signature. (TOS: "Assignment: Earth")
