The intestinal rotation was the configuration of the intestines around an axis.

In 2370, in the "Anatomical Scan - 9861" for Juliana Tainer, the intestinal rotation was listed under the coronal plane portion of the graphic. For her intestinal rotation, it was noted that the muscular movement was stagnant. (TNG: "Inheritance")
