Indus

Resembling an American Indian male holding arrows in his hand, Indus (Latin for Indian) was a constellation visible from Earth's southern hemisphere. Astronomical objects in this constellation were located in the Alpha and Beta Quadrant. (TOS: "And the Children Shall Lead")

The name of this constellation was derived from Epsilon Indi's Bayer designation. In Bayer designation, the name begins with a Greek letter followed by a genitive of the constellation's name.
