Epsilon Indi IV was the fourth planet in the Epsilon Indi system. Located in the Alpha Quadrant, this planet was approximately 11.867 light years (3.6 parsecs) from the Sol system. In the prime universe, it was affiliated with the United Federation of Planets.

In the mirror universe, this planet was affiliated with the Terran Empire. In the mid-23rd century, the Imperial Shipyard was located at this planet.
