Icosahedron

An icosahedron was a twenty-sided geometric solid.

In 2372, Jal Tersa was given a puzzle by a dancer in a bar on Sobras that could be transformed into an icosahedron from a dodecahedron by moving two rods. (VOY: "Alliances")

While hunting for the Glumpus in the amphitheatre, it was able to sneak over to the control panel for the amphitheater, while Mariner and Jennifer were distracted due to having a passive-aggressive argument before noticing the Glumpus growing larger and larger into the shape of an icosahedron.
