House of Ra'Ul crest, defaced due to discommendation

The House of Ra'Ul was a Great House of the Klingon Empire.

In 2257, the House suffered discommendation due to General Dak'Rah's war crimes in the Federation-Klingon War, particularly the Battle of J'Gal. Its members were shunned, and its bloodline spat upon. Dak'Rah's daughter Bytha sought to restore her family's honor, first by slaying Dak'Rah, and later by slaying Dak'Rah's killer Joseph M'Benga. In 2261, she challenged M'Benga to ritual combat on Kenfori, but was defeated. (SNW: "Shuttle to Kenfori")
