Hookah parlor
A hookah parlor was an establishment or place for customers to smoke tobacco, often flavored, usually from a shared device called a hookah.
In the 21st century, the Romulan temporal agent Sera obtained surveillance footage from a hookah parlor in Toronto of a man seemingly waiting for a destructive explosion on a bridge across Lake Ontario, as if he knew it was going to occur. She showed this footage to an alternate James T. Kirk and La'An Noonien-Singh as evidence of a conspiracy to slow down Humanity's technological progess, though she did not reveal until later that she was one trying to do so.
