A gratitude mask was a type of mask created by the Vornilians to express thanks.

During one of their side missions undertaken after battling the Pakleds in 2380, Captain Carol Freeman received a gratitude mask from the Vornilians in return for Ensign Beckett Mariner giving them root juice. (LD: "Strange Energies")
