A fruit of the gods

The fruit of the gods was the fruit of a plant native to Rigel VII. Field Kalars, who suffered from radiation-induced memory loss, used its oils to permanently imprint writing on their skin to help them remember facts about themselves.

In 2259, Luq showed such a fruit, that he kept on his person, to Christopher Pike and La'An Noonien-Singh. (SNW: "Among the Lotus Eaters")
