Force-feeding
Force-feeding was the medical procedure of forcing an individual to ingest food against their will.
In an alternate timeline experienced by Emperor Philippa Georgiou via the Guardian of Forever, Captain Michael Burnham defiantly refused to eat food after being arrested and imprisoned for her role in a conspiracy to overthrow the emperor. After refusing a meal, Burnham's interrogator, Captain Sylvia Tilly, responded that Doctor Hugh Culber would come at a later time to force-feed her. (DIS: "Terra Firma, Part 2")
