Floor (level)

A floor was the level base of a room, or the finished floor level of a building.

In 2365, William T. Riker said to Worf and Data, "We're going to explore the rest of the hotel. We'll keep a comm line open. You two go down to the lobby and see if there's anything that we've missed. You talk to the guests and try to find out who or what they are. I'll check out the rest of the floors." (TNG: "The Royale")
