Ferengi Salvage Code

The Ferengi Salvage Code was a Ferengi code dealing with salvage rights.

After capturing the USS Enterprise-D in 2369, DaiMon Lurin declared the Federation starship a loss and open to claim according to the Ferengi Salvage Code. The DaiMon intended to salvage the ship and sell it for a profit on the Romulan market. (TNG: "Rascals")
