The Federation of State Medical Boards was a professional association that represented all the state and territory medical boards of the United States.

In the 21st century, this association was approached by whistleblowers who had worked within Spearhead Operations about the unethical experimentation on Human subjects by Dr. Adam Soong. Subsequent to the revelations, there were multiple hearings about and appeals by Dr. Soong. Eventually, the Board voted to revoke the medical license of Dr. Soong as well as all of his research funding for multiple ethics violations.

When Kore Soong did an internet search for information about her "father" Dr. Soong in 2024, she came upon articles which covered these events. (PIC: "Two of One")
