Spearhead Operations was a private military organization on Earth in the 21st century.

While searching for a cure to his daughter Kore Soong's genetic defect, Doctor Adam Soong partnered with Spearhead Operations in 2024 to conduct genetic experiments on ex-soldiers, in violation of the Shenzhen Convention. (PIC: "Fly Me to the Moon")

Later that year, Spearhead Operations provided a team of ex-Special Forces mercenaries to Soong for his and the Borg Queen's plan to capture CSS La Sirena. (PIC: "Mercy")
