Morgan was the assistant to co-producer Colleen Nystedt on the 1993 thriller Arctic Blue and worked as post-production assistant on the family adventure Far from Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog (1995, with Bruce Davison).

As second assistant production coordinator she contributed to the television drama Abducted: A Father's Love (1996, with Megan Gallagher and Daniel Roebuck) and The Perfect Mother (1997, with Gwynyth Walsh). As assistant production coordinator Morgan worked on the thriller Fear (1996), the television drama Their Second Chance (1997, with Melanie Shatner), the television romance Jitters (1997), the television series Sleepwalkers (1997-1998, starring Bruce Greenwood and guest starring Ray Wise, Harry Groener, Daphne Ashbrook, Paul Dooley, and Patrick Kilpatrick) and Strange World (1999-2000, featuring Glenn Morshower, co-executive produced by Manny Coto, and co-produced by Tracey D'Arcy), and Chain of Fools (2000).
