Star chart with constellations, The Corbomite Maneuver remastered

The constellation star chart

Eridanus (Latin for river Eridanus) was a large constellation of Earth's southern hemisphere. The brightest star in this constellation was Achernar (Alpha Eridani); the nearest star in the constellation to Sol was Epsilon Eridani. Astronomical objects in this constellation were located in the Alpha and Beta Quadrants.

The Eridanus Constellation was partially visible on a viewscreen in the briefing room on the USS Enterprise in 2266. It was a star chart of the winter sky as seen from Earth. The constellation Eridanus was visible in the lower right corner of the chart and identified by name. (TOS: "The Corbomite Maneuver")
