Eridani was a planetary system in the Alpha Quadrant. The planet Eridani D could be found in this system.

Stellar cartography

In 2259, Eridani's location was labeled on a stellar cartography chart that was seen on the USS Enterprise's ready room viewscreen. Eridani's symbol had a blue color, indicating that it was affiliated with the United Federation of Planets. (SNW: "Strange New Worlds", "Spock Amok", "A Quality of Mercy")

In 2324, the location of this system was labeled in a chart used during a Section 31 Alpha Team briefing. (Star Trek: Section 31)

This star system was only mentioned in writing.
The name of this system would seem to imply that it was in the constellation Eridanus; however, there is no star with this name in the real world.
