Dominic Burgess (born 29 July 1982; age 42) is a British actor who played Mr. Vup in the Star Trek: Picard first season episode "Stardust City Rag". He is probably best known as Zoltan Grundy in the Disney show A.N.T Farm. He also portrayed John Wayne Gacy in the Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story Netflix series and the alien pirate Beef in Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.

Being a Star Trek fan since childhood, Burgess described his role on Picard as "a dream come true". [1]
