The docking procedure checklist was a checklist that documented docking procedures.

In 2370, Miles O'Brien downloaded docking bay six's new docking procedure checklist into the computer file Bay-Prod D-Nine. He informed Jadzia Dax of this, adding that it was the only bay that was using the new criteria thus far. (DS9: "Tribunal")
