A divider

A divider was a moveable wall used inside a room to part the room for privacy reasons.

The Vulcan monastery at P'Jem featured dividers in its atrium. In June 2151, the Andorian Thon hid behind such a divider while a landing party from Enterprise NX-01 visited the sanctuary.

Captain Jonathan Archer saw the reflection of Thon in an urn and he and Trip Tucker crashed through the divider to overwhelm Thon. (ENT: "The Andorian Incident")
