Charlie Chaplin

Charlie Chaplin was a noted Human comedian of the 20th century.

As of 1986, the Movieland Wax Museum was known for its waxworks figure of Chaplin, which was depicted as a symbol of the museum on a tourist's bag at the Cetacean Institute. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)

The USS Discovery computer described him, and Buster Keaton, as "communal unifiers without the burden of language". (DIS: "Forget Me Not")
