Chad

Chad was a Human male who lived in the late 24th century. He ran the corn dog stand in engineering on Starbase 80; Commander Kassia Nox thought of him affectionately as one of her "biggest weirdos" and praised his corn dogs as "incredible", though his operation was less than hygienic due to his clumsiness.

In 2382, Nox enlisted Chad to help her, Lieutenant jg Beckett Mariner, and Doctor Harrison Horseberry board the USS Cerritos in order to ascertain the source of a "curse" that was cognitively debilitating the crew. Chad used his corn dogs to distract a large group of afflicted crew so that the others could reach the bridge. He was swarmed by the crew members, but ultimately emerged unharmed.
