Carnitas

Carnitas was a Mexican dish of braised or roasted pork which was served shredded in small pieces.

In 2380, Ensign Fletcher suggested to Doctor T'Ana that she try the carnitas, saying it was "delicioso". (LD: "Terminal Provocations")
