Carlos Carrasco (born 5 April 1948; age 77) is an actor who made three guest appearances on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and one appearance on Star Trek: Voyager.
Outside of Star Trek, he is likely best known for playing bus passenger Ortiz in Speed (1994, starring Joe Morton, with Alan Ruck, Richard Lineback, Jordan Lund, Patricia Tallman, and Bruce Wright). He also lent his voice to the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and had supporting roles in Crocodile Dundee II (1988, with Kenneth Welsh and Stephen Root) and Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002, with Michael Ensign, Daniel Zacapa, Tommy Hinkley, Richard Kind, Matt Damon and Monika Spruch).
