Boötes
Boötes (Latin for bear driver) was a circumpolar constellation visible from Earth. This constellation contained the star Arcturus, which was the fourth brightest star in Earth's night sky. Astronomical objects located in this constellation were located in the Alpha Quadrant. (PIC: "Disengage")

The name of this constellation was derived from the Izar system's Bayer designation. In Bayer designation, the name begins with a Greek letter followed by a genitive of the constellation's name.
