Lieutenant Barbara P. Covington was a Starfleet officer during the Dominion War.

In 2374, USS Cochrane, Starbase 129, and Starbase 153 reported her as missing in action; however, both the USS Repulse and USS Wyoming reported her as killed in action. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight", okudagram)
