Andreus V was the inhabited fifth planet in its star system. This planet was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

As of 2401, Jack Crusher was wanted for the death of a man on Andreus V. He claimed to Admiral Jean-Luc Picard that because the man was a Falsettian, a species that engaged in deep hibernation, whether the man was actually dead could not be determined. (PIC: "Disengage")
