Academy Flight Ops

Academy Flight Ops was a department based at Starfleet Academy, and was responsible for the successful management of the academy training wings. Captain Jerry Fleck was a representative of this department, and signed his name on Harry Kim's Flight Proficiency Award in the late 2360s. (VOY: "Non Sequitur")
