Nibricoccus is a Gram-negative, strictly aerobic and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Opitutaceae with one known species (Nibricoccus aquaticus).[1][2] Nibricoccus aquaticus has been isolated from hyporheic freshwater from Korea.[2]
