The Powder Keg mines background blocks in circular radius of 5 and foreground blocks in circular radius of 7. It's a cheap alternate to Crude Bomb that doesn't require Ammonium Sulfate, but is crafted in bundles of 5 and less effective compared to it (compared for 10 for every other placeable explosives).
