Advanced Gadgets (Engineering tree).Blastcap Launcher is a weaponized variant of Translocator. It fires a targeting disk, but instead of teleporting you to the disk, it causes an explosion where the disk is.
It can be upgraded 4 times, which increases the starting damage (40) to 60/80/100/120.
Blastcap Launcher can be good for mining soft blocks (Dirt, etc.), but is vastly underperforming against the strong blocks like Magmarock or Obsidian.
