This weapon will return immediately if it hits any solid block. Otherwise, it will fly to the location clicked (if within range) or out to its maximum range of 15 tiles in that direction, hover in place for approximately 1 second, and then return. It illuminates areas, pierces targets, deals physical damage, and can apply multiple damage pulses to the same target, especially if the target is just standing still at the location where the Neo Chakram is hovering.
