Elder Artifact is a very rare Elder crafting component. It is found in Delta Freya II mission and nowhere else. It's not a random drop, this mission has a chest that always has it.
It's used in many combination recipes of Elder Altar (read Elder codexes, as they will often tell you what these combinations are).
