Demon Killer

I made a class called the "Breather" a few months ago and have decided with the new release of sword-smith village that I will recreate it completely

Breathing

Breathing allows a character to drastically increase their fighting power.

Creating a Demon Killer

Creating a breather makes you have the choice of breathing later on. The breathing you choose should be chosen before unlocking it so you can set up other ability scores around it.

Class Features

As a Demon Killer you gain the following class features.

Hit Points

Hit Dice: 1d8 per Demon Killer level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 8 + Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d8 (or 5) + Constitution modifier per Demon Killer level after 1st

Proficiencies

Armor:
Weapons: Katana, Tachi, Tanto, Nichirin Variants.
Tools:
Saving Throws: Choose Either Dexterity Or Strength
Skills: Choose Two from: Acrobatics, Athletics, Intimidation, Persuasion.

Equipment

You start with the following equipment, in addition to the equipment granted by your background:

  • (a) Tachi or (b) Katana or (c) Tanto
  • (a) Haori or (b) {{{item2b}}}
  • If you are using starting wealth, you have 20d4 in funds.

Breathing Technique

At 2nd level, you chose a Breathing Technique. Choose between Flame Water Thunder Stone and Wind, all detailed at the end of the class description. Your choice grants you features at level 2

Ability Score Improvement

When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. You can increase an ability score above 20 using this feature if you are not multi-classing.

Flame

First Form: Unknowing Fire

You run toward a target up to 30 ft away and make a slash aiming to decapitate the target. You deal 1d10 Fire damage to any creature 5ft in front of you. All targets you hit while running have to make a dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 fire damage. At 3rd level, you can add 5 ft of movement x Your Dexterity Modifier.

Second Form: Rising Scorching Sun

The user makes an arching sword slash upwards dealing 1d12 fire damage. The total amount of damage is doubled if the sword was drawn from the sheath while using this technique. At 3rd level, the range of a critical hit is a 18-20 if you draw the sword from the sheath while performing the technique.

Third Form: Blazing Universe

Jumping while using this ability, the user slashes the enemy's neck, dealing 2d10 + Ft moved towards the enemy/2.5 + Dexterity Modifier Flame damage. The amount of bonus damage increases by 1d8 every third level (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18).

Fourth Form: Blooming Flame Undulation

As a reaction, the user can create a flame rotation to protect them from 1d12 + Your con modifier damage. The rotation has 15ft of range and any other creature within the range will take 2d6 Burning damage.

Fifth Form: Flame Tiger

The user repeatedly makes slashes which take the form of a flaming tiger, dealing 3d10 Fire Damage. You launch 10ft Toward The Target when you use this move. If you pass the target they take no damage. If they are within 10ft in front of you, they take the damage.

Ninth Form: Rengoku

  • Requires This Class Level 11

User takes a sword stance before launching themselves 2d20x5 ft toward a target. any creatures within 5 ft of you must take 3d10+Dexterity Fire damage. The Target (If hit) Takes 9d12+Dexterity+Strength Fire damage.

Love Breathing

When you take flame breathing at 2nd level, you can drop out of the training to use it and instead train for love breathing which is derived from flame breathing.

Love Breathing

First Form: Shivers Of First Love

A Series of extended whip slashes that go around and through the enemy dealing 1d12 Slashing damage to any creature in a 15ft Cone.

Second Form: Love Pangs

The user slashes around themselves dealing 2d8 Slashing Damage to any enemy within 10ft of them

Third Form: Catlove Shower

The user makes ranged slashes in a 30ft cone infront of them dealing 3d10 slashing damage to all enemies in the radius.

Fifth Form: Swaying Love, Wildclaw

The user backflips through the air slashing at all enemies within a 10ft Radius dealing 2d12 Slashing Damage.

Sixth Form: Cat Legged Winds of Love

User extends their blade and makes many slashes (1d10) which deal 2d6 Slashing damage each.

Water Breathing

First Form: Water Surface Slash

User does a horizontal water slash dealing 1d12 slashing damage.

Second Form: Water Wheel

User Spins Vertically Forward Unleashing A Circular Attack Dealing 2d8 Slashing Damage.

Third Form: Flowing Dance

Dancing and Bending Slashes to deal 2d12 slashing damage to anyone in a 10ft radius.

Fifth Form: Blessed Rain After the Drought

Can only be used if a creature accepts their death and doesn't fight back. Is an instant kill if the creature has less than 100 Hp remaining. otherwise deal 10d12 Slashing damage. Is used to give the creature a peaceful death that feels like light and warm rain.

Sixth Form: Whirlpool

User launches everyone in a 10ft radius up 10ft in the air and deals 2d12 slashing damage.

Seventh Form: Drop Ripple Thrust

User thrusts an enemy 2d4 times dealing 1d12 piercing damage each time

Eighth Form: Waterfall Basin

User leaps onto an enemy slashing them dealing 4d10 slashing damage.

Ninth Form: Splashing Water Flow, Turbulent

You move 30ft faster for 1d10 rounds dealing 1d12 slashing damage to any creature in a 5ft radius.

Tenth Form: Constant Flux

User runs at an enemy using all their movement dealing 1d10 per 5ft.

Eleventh Form: Dead Calm

User Ceases All Movements Then Cuts The Enemy 3d12 Times With Advantage Dealing 1d8 Damage Per Hit

Serpent Breathing

When you choose water breathing at level 2 you can drop out of training and change to serpent breathing.

Flower Breathing

When you choose water breathing at level 2 you can drop out of training and change to flower breathing.

Serpent Breathing

First Form: Winding serpent slash

User moving like a winding snake unleashing a slash in a winding pattern dealing 1d10 slashing damage.

Second Form: Venom Fangs Of The Narrow Head

User gets behind their enemy and slashes their neck dealing 2d12 Poison Damage.

Third Form: Coil Choke

User winds around their enemy slashing them dealing 1d10 slashing damage per 10ft moved.

Fourth Form: Twin headed reptile

Fifth Form: Slithering Serpent
