Wounded Power (Japanese: ＨＰ減少時威力上昇 Power Boost When HP is Reduced) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's HP is not full, the power of its moves are boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. Currently, only Wounded Power 3 is available on scoutable sync pairs. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
