Unbuffed Foe Freebie (Japanese: 能力非↑相手攻撃時次ゲージ消費無 No Gauge Consumption Next When Attacking Opponent With No Stats Boosted) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an target while none of the target's stats are raised, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Unbuffed Foe Freebie 1 to Unbuffed Foe Freebie 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Unbuffed Foe Freebie 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
