Effect

If used from the Bag, it changes the effect of a Pokémon's Nature on its stats to that of the Timid Nature, increasing its Speed stat and decreasing its Attack stat.

SwShBDSPLA When a Pokémon smells this mint, its Speed will grow more easily, but its Attack will grow more slowly.
SV Having a Pokémon smell this mint can make its Speed stat grow stronger. However, its Attack stat may suffer.
