Team Charged Speed Drain (Japanese: ＥＦ時攻撃時素早↑Ｇ＆素早↓Ｇ Group Speed Boost and Group Speed Reduction When Attacking in Electric Field) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's attack move is successful while the terrain on the battlefield is Electric Terrain, it has a chance of raising the Speed of the user and their allies, as well as lowering the Speed of all opponents by one stat rank. The skill can range from Team Charged Speed Drain 1 to Team Charged Speed Drain 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Currently, only Team Charged Speed Drain 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
